Cyprium Therapeutics sell priority review voucher for $205 Million
Cyprium Therapeutics/Fortress Biotech have sold the Priority Review Voucher (PRV) they received in January on FDA approval of Zycubo (copper histidinate) to treat Menkes disease for $205M.
20% of the proceeds from the PRV sale to the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, an institute of the National Institutes of Health.
