Rare Pediatric Disease

Awarded for prevention or treatment of certain tropical diseases that have had limited historic investment.
Commissioner's National Priority Voucher
A pilot program rewarding treatments aligned with US national health priorities identified by FDA.
Material Threat Medical Countermeasure
Awarded for prevention or treatment against high-risk threats such as chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear agents.

Reduces the timelines for FDA review from ~10-12 months to 1-2 months. These vouchers cannot be sold or transferred to another company and must be redeemed within 2 years.
